Heirloom Letter from the North Pole

Mailed Keepsake Experience

Each Heirloom Letter is personally written for your child and mailed through the United States Postal Service, bearing an authentic North Pole postmark. Addressed directly to them, the letter arrives as real mail from Santa Claus—something they can hold, reread, and treasure for years to come.

As part of your Santa and You visit, Santa may arrive with a brand-new Elf on the Shelf® from the North Pole, personally introducing the elf to your family and welcoming it into your home as one of Santa’s helpers.

This add-on is designed as a brief but meaningful moment within the visit—allowing Santa to explain the elf’s role, share a bit of North Pole magic, and help establish the beginning of a treasured holiday tradition. The elf is provided by Santa and presented during the visit.

This offering enhances an existing Santa visit and does not replace our full Elf Delivery experiences.
