Howard Santa Claus School, he has also earned both Bachelor and Master of Santa Claus degrees from the International University of Santa Claus. Through hundreds of hours of advanced education—including specialized workshops like the Santaology Series and Christmas Performer programs—he continues to refine his approach year after year.

In 2024, he launched Master Claus Academy, Central Ohio’s premier Santa training workshop. With participants traveling from across the country, the Academy focuses on advanced storytelling, real-world performance skills, and the deeper responsibility of the role. More than a training event, it has become a gathering place—bringing together Santas, Mrs. Clauses, and Elves who are committed to authenticity, growth, and creating meaningful experiences for the families they serve.

From long-standing partnerships with companies like Bath & Body Works, Le Méridien Columbus, and Columbia Gas, to collaborations with leading photographers and event teams, his presence is valued not just for appearance—but for the experience he creates.
