Santa Ben, a recent graduate of the Hall of Fame Santa Gordon Bailey's Santa and the Business of Being Santa School, recently attended the Michigan Association of Professional Santas (M.A.P.S.) Red Suit Conclave in Saginaw, Michigan on August 6th and 7th, 2022.

The two-day event was packed full of learning and fellowship for Santas, Mrs. Clauses, and Elves from all over the country. Santa Ben had the opportunity to participate in a range of seminars and workshops covering topics such as marketing and social media, professional development, and customer service.

One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to network and make connections with other professionals in the industry. Santa Ben was able to exchange ideas and best practices with other attendees, building relationships that will be valuable as he grows his business.
